I'm finding it works as well as the typically far more expensive NMN supplements currently on the market. As a stand-alone product, you get to evaluate it without the addition of other supplements. My energy and exercise recovery has improved immensely- I had fatigue from even walking now I can do longer walks without exhaustion. I also noticed that its helped my skin feel less inflamed and less irritated particularly by sun exposure even if its safe amount. My recent cycle I noticed my ovulatory window more distinct than usual which I was very happy with.
