Whilst the taste is not the best, it works really well and is quite gentle. I use at night and have the desired results the next day. I do recommend the product.

This product works!!! It taste awful but the results are worth it! I use the recommended dose and everything comes out smoothly! I want to take daily but don't want to become dependent so I took 4 days then off I'll take during the times things aren't moving as they should! Highly recommend!
