+ - What is the difference between Norwegian Marine Collagen, and Premium Bovine Collagen and do I need both?

High quality Marine (cod skin) Norwegian Collagen is highly absorbable in the body, and has the most profound effects on the skin health and strength specifically. Bovine Premium Collagen benefits the skin too, but also helps support muscles and in particular alleviates osteoarthritis symptoms. Both benefit the gut, hair and nails. Obviously for people who cannot ingest fish or shellfish due to allergies, stick with the Bovine Premium Collagen. Pescatarians can use the Marine collagen alone. Using both covers you for everything: we’d recommend using the Bovine in things like coffee (it’s completely neutral in flavour) and to just down the Marine collagen in a quick shot down the hatch!

Love it! Would definitely recommend.

I’ve been taking this in my morning orange juice for the past 6 months. It mixes in well and doesn’t really have a taste. I’ve noticed a definite improvement in my skin, hair and nails. My psoriasis has even markedly improved. I love the clean packaging. Overall a fantastic product.
